If you love a mild, moist ham with a sweet flavor and a delicious smoked accent, choose our Spiral Sliced City Honey Ham. We select only lean and tender hams to cure using our city method. We carefully trim excess fat from the hams. The hams are moist cured and smoked over a slowly burning hickory fire to a beautiful dark brown color. This spiral sliced ham makes a delicious centerpiece of eating for any occasion. Hams are cut in half after spiral slicing for your convenience in serving. A complementary packet of honey ham glaze is included.

Wood Stove Roasted Ham Unsliced

This ham is a version of our prize-winning City Ham. It is different because it roasted with all the skin, fat and bone which makes it sweeter and juicier. Great Value. Great Flavor! The half ham (9 to 10.5 lbs.) serves 15 to 20 guests. The whole ham (18 to 20 lbs.) serves 30 to 35 guests. A complementary container of honey glaze is included.
