Try our gourmet dry-cured country bacon STEAKS today! Our peppered hickory smoked dry-cured country bacon steaks start with the most select bacon slabs before they are cured with high-quality ingredients and aged for flavor in that cure. 

This bacon flavor also receives an extra black pepper coating for a kick! As with all our dry-cured bacon, no water is added during the curing process.  This means no water to cook out and MORE BACON to eat!

After aging and curing, it's slow-smoked over Natural HIckory wood chips. This bacon is sliced into our STEAK CUT slice, which is 1/4 inch thick.  It's then checked for quality and expertly packaged to prepare for shipment to your door.

Try preparing it in a skillet or on the grill. Eat it alone or as part of a sandwich or entree. It's an actual culinary creation you should not miss trying!

• Keep cold food cold – at or below 40°F.
• Keep hot food hot – at or above 140°F.
• When heating or cooling of food, it is important to travel through the “Danger Zone” temperatures as rapidly as possible.
• If not going to consume hot food right away, it’s important to keep it at 140° F or above.
• Leftovers must be put in shallow containers for quick cooling and refrigerated at 40°F or below within two hours.
• Always thaw product in refrigerator.
