This bacon flavor also receives an extra black pepper coating for a little extra kick! As with all our dry cured bacons, no water is added during the cure process.
This means no water added, is no water to cook out and MORE BACON to eat! After aging and curing, it's slow smoked over Natural HIckory wood chips. This bacon is then sliced into our STEAK CUT slice - 1/4" thick.
It's then checked for quality and expertly packaged to prepare for shipment to your door. At 1/4" thick - try preparing it in a skillet or on the grill to eat alone or as a part of a sandwich or entree. A true culinary creation to not miss trying!
