Pineapple Upside Down Pie

We’ve taken the flavors of the classic cake and turned them into a one-of-a-kind pie.  Enjoy this classic recipe made with tart cherries and chunks of sweet Hawaiian pineapple that are smothered in a homemade brown sugar sauce and chopped pecans.  After the pie is assembled, we quick-freeze it to preserve the freshness and flavor for you to enjoy! Once in your kitchen, it can be baked in about an hour from frozen.
