You will be amazed how quickly these disappear!  We make our Summer Sausage using our decades-old family recipe, which includes only select cuts of meat and our secret spice recipe.  Next, we cook and smoke it to produce an old-world summer sausage.  It's perfect for snacking, hors d'oeuvres, pizza, sandwiches, and more.   No refrigeration is required until after opening the package.  Your choice of Beef or Ozark (a blend of beef and pork).
