You will be amazed how quickly these disappear!  We make our Summer Sausage using our decades-old family recipe, which includes only select cuts of meat and our secret spice recipe.  Next, we cook and smoke it to produce an old-world summer sausage.  Your choice of Beef or Ozark (a blend of beef and pork).
