These Country Ham Steaks are the same ones that are served by leading restaurants nationwide. We use only the center portion of our hickory-smoked hams to create these center-cut ham steaks.

They're conveniently wrapped 2 per package.

Each bone-in slice goes through our special Super-Trim process to completely remove the rind and exterior fat to within a 1/4 of an inch. Ham is cured with salt and sugar.
