Our best-selling Hickory Smoked City Hams will be perfect for any occasion - made from fresh hams, brined in a sweet honey cure, and slow smoked over real hickory wood chips, these hams have a savory and sweet flavor that results in a delicious bite every time! And since they are fully cooked, this ham can be served at room temperature or warmed to preference, making it easy to fix and leaving you plenty of time to create the perfect side dish instead! Our spiral-sliced whole ham is made as described, spiral-sliced, cut in half (for your convenience), and vacuum-packaged to ensure safe arrival when delivered.

IMPORTANT FOOD SAFETY TIPS
“DANGER ZONE” (40° to 140°F)
• Keep cold food cold – at or below 40°F.
• Keep hot food hot – at or above 140°F.
• When heating or cooling of food, it is important to travel through the “Danger Zone” temperatures as rapidly as possible.
• If not going to consume hot food right away, it’s important to keep it at 140° F or above.
• Leftovers must be put in shallow containers for quick cooling and refrigerated at 40°F or below within two hours.
• Always thaw product in refrigerator.

Example:
For a 10 person dinner, you will need a Bone-In Ham 7.5 to 10 lbs. or a 5 lb. Boneless Ham.
