Our Sliced Boneless Turkey Breast is no exception!  It's a gourmet turkey breast that's been brined, slow smoked & cooked over real hickory wood chips for a savory flavor that can only come with patience. 

Since it's pre-sliced & fully cooked, it's ready to be heated and served - perfect to have on hand for any meal or to serve for a large gathering. 

A honey glaze packet is included for an optional garnish.



How To Heat Boneless Turkey Breast


*NOTE: For all heating methods, thaw boneless turkey breast completely in the refrigerator.

 

Microwave Oven

  • Place on microwave dish and place on turntable in microwave.
  • Cover with a paper towel.
  • Heat 10 minutes. Next, turn turkey breast onto the other side and heat an additional 10 more minutes or until heated thoroughly. (Do not overcook).
  • Pour juices over turkey breast if desired.

 

Baking Bag Heating

  • Preheat conventional oven to 325° F.
  • Remove the product from the vacuum bag and place it in a baking bag.
  • Place in baking dish. Make 2 or 3 slits on top of the bag.
  • Heat for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and remove from bag. Serve hot.

Foil Heating

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Remove from plastic seal and wrap tightly in foil.
  • Place in a roaster or ovenproof dish.
  • Heat for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, glaze if desired. Ready to serve.

  • Heat 7 minutes. Next, turn turkey breast to the other side and heat an additional 7 more minutes or until heated thoroughly. (Do not overcook).
  • Pour juices over turkey breast if desired.

Serving Sizes:

Estimate 3/4 lb. per person for Bone-In Turkey

Estimate 1/2 lb. per person for Boneless Turkey

Example:  

For a 10 person dinner, you will need a Bone-In Turkey 7.5 to 10 lbs. or a 5 lb. Boneless Turkey.
