Internet Shipping Information:


All holiday shipments will begin shipping out approximately 5 to 10 days before the scheduled holiday to arrive in a timely manner.

All delivery dates are approximate so please allow a few days variance.

Please allow 1 to 2 days processing time before items are shipped. 

Standard delivery days are Wednesday through Friday.


About our Delivery Prices:


We make ordering easy for you. There are no charts to study or extra costs to add on most shipments. Our delivered prices include shipping, handling, and insurance on normal deliveries to addresses within the contiguous U.S. 48 States.

Exceptions on Extra shipping charges will apply when:

  • A customer requests special delivery that is not included in our shipping cost.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO. These deliveries ship out on Monday and Tuesday of the week. Sorry, no out of country shipments except for APO and FPO deliveries.
  • Shipping to the Virgin Islands. Please call us directly at 800-624-5426 to place your order.

Your order will be filled exactly as ordered whenever possible. However, if a shortage of a certain item does necessitate a substitution, we reserve the right to substitute without prior notice. In which case we guarantee a like item of equal or greater value.

Things To Remember:


To ensure proper delivery, we must have complete addresses including apartment numbers or lot/space numbers, where applicable, as well as phone numbers. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Products ordered at the same time may be shipped separately and arrive on different days.

Recipients will receive an attractive gift certificate together with a current catalog from which to select the gift and our personal letter acknowledging your kindness and good taste.


Mail Order Check Processing:


Processing of orders containing personal checks may take six to ten business days. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use the information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process this payment as a check transaction.

When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive the check back from your financial institution.
