Semi-Boneless City Ham

Shop all of our Hickory Smoked City Hams to find the perfect ham for any occasion!  Our semi-boneless hickory-smoked city ham has been brined in a sweet honey cure and slow-smoked over real hickory wood chips creating a savory and sweet flavor that's moist and juicy in every bite. 

After smoking and fully cooking, the bone is removed except for the round bone through the middle of the ham, leaving you with a ham that's easy to serve. These hams are vacuum sealed and are available spiral sliced.  All whole hams will be cut in half before being packaged. 

Ham can be served at room temperature or warmed to preference.
