Shop all of our Hickory Smoked City Hams to find the perfect ham for any occasion!  Our semi-boneless hickory-smoked city ham has been brined in a sweet honey cure, and slow smoked over real hickory wood chips creating a savory & sweet flavor that's moist & juicy in every bite.

After smoking & fully cooking, the bone is removed except for the round bone through the middle of the ham, leaving you with a ham that's easy to serve. These hams are vacuum sealed and available spiral sliced or unsliced - all whole hams will be cut in half before packaged.

Ham can be served at room temperature or warmed to preference.

How To Prepare Hickory Smoked Whole Ham

Getting Started

  • Allow 2-3 days for the ham to thaw in the refrigerator (if frozen).
  • Take thawed ham out of the refrigerator 45 minutes before heating.
  • Remove packaging from ham and discard plastic film, foil, and any bone guard.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Proceed to heating instructions.

Helpful Hint: The flavor is outstanding straight from the refrigerator or warming for 30 minutes - great for special occasions.
