    Ingredients and Method

    Ingredients

    • 3 oz. cream cheese
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 cup flour
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon white syrup
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped

    Method

    1. Mix brown sugar, egg, white syrup, butter and vanilla together in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Fold in chopped pecans.
    2. To bake, lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
    3. Fill each cup at least 3/4 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Yields approximately 24 count.
