Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon white syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
Method
- Mix brown sugar, egg, white syrup, butter and vanilla together in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Fold in chopped pecans.
- To bake, lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Fill each cup at least 3/4 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Yields approximately 24 count.
