Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup light or dark syrup
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly at medium speed. Beat in vanilla, syrup, sugar, salt and butter. Stir in pecans.
- Bake in oven for 55 to 65 minutes. Remove and cool.
