    Ingredients and Method



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, flour, salt & pepper in a large bowl.
    3. Add cheese, Canadian bacon & green onions to the bowl and mix well.
    4. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
    5. Bake at 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
