BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shredded Chicken
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar
- 2 cups Mozzarella
- 1cup Sour Cream
- 2 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Old Bay
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- Scallions (for garnish)
- Blue Cheese (for garnish)
Method
- Put all the ingredients, except for the garnishes, into a crockpot and cook for 1 hour at a High-Temperature setting. Mix occasionally.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees close to the finished cooking time of the crockpot.
- Once the time is up, transfer the dip onto a small baking pan. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- When the dip has formed a baked surface, remove from the oven and garnish with blue cheese crumbles and scallions.
- Tips: Serves a lot of guests. Recommended for parties or sporting events -- Dip serves best with something lightly salted. The dip is salty enough -- Spectacular with celery, kettle chips, or pita chips.
