"City" bacons are moist cured meaning they are marinated in the cure.  We use only the finest ingredients.  Natural hickory smoke adds the finishing touch.  For those who prefer a milder, sweeter taste in their bacon, Original City Bacon will be your choice.  Quality slabs from carefully selected corn-fed porkers are moist cured with our curing formula and placed in the smokehouse for the added flavor of true hickory smoke.  The City Bacon is available sliced in convenient 1 lb. packages.
