How To Cook Italian Stuffed Beef Tenderloin

Getting Started

  • Allow 48 hours for the stuffed beef tenderloin to thaw in the refrigerator.
  • Proceed to heating instructions.

Method For Cooking In The Oven

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove beef from the package (leave the net on) and place uncovered in a baking or roasting pan.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours – until meat reaches desired doneness.
  • For medium – meat thermometer should read 145°F and for well-done 160°F.
  • Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing & serving. Don’t forget, the meat will continue to cook once it’s removed from the oven as it rests. Also, times and temps will vary between ovens.


How to Cut, Slice, and Serve

  • Place the beef tenderloin on a cutting board and remove the net.
  • With a sharp knife, carve into individual steaks by slicing to your desired thickness.
  • Place individual steaks on plates or arrange them on a platter for serving. Be sure to include any extra stuffing on each plate.
