To serve you better, we take orders around the clock.  Smokehouse operators answer calls Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.  A call center in the United States assists us with calls when we are unavailable.  We do expand our Smokehouse office hours during November and December to meet our customers' needs.
