Our Country Hams are rubbed with salt, pepper and brown sugar – a recipe we’ve used since the very beginning. Then, they’re aged from four to six months to ensure a high quality, great tasting ham.  Available uncooked, cooked, whole, half, spiral-sliced or cut into country ham steaks.
