Looking to Buy Ham Online? This gourmet ham is slowly cooked and is best served at room temperature. The boneless ham has been trimmed by having the butt and shank portions of it removed from the ham prior to cooking so only the choice center remains.
After the ham is cooked, the center bone is removed. (We leave the bone in during cooking because we think it adds to the flavor.) It's perfect for buffets and sandwiches, or slice thicker for a dinner serving.
Ham is cured with salt, brown sugar, and pepper. It is aged 7 to 9 months.
