How To Prepare Pork End Cuts

Pan Braised Pork

  • Thaw completely in refrigerator.
  • Heat skillet and add 1 tablespoon oil.
  • Add Pork End Cuts and brown on each side.
  • Add 1 cup hot water and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot


Pork End Cuts And Gravy

  • Follow directions for Pan Braised Pork.
  • Remove meat from skillet: place in bowl. Turn skillet to a low heat.
  • In a small bowl or cup; dissolve 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water.
  • Add cornstarch mixture to drippings in the skillet. Increase heat and cook until thick. Add more water if needed.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Add Pork Ends Cuts to gravy.




  • Thaw  completely in refrigerator.
  • Place on microwave tray and cover with paper towel.
  • Heat for 1½ minutes on each side.
  • Serve hot.
  • Microwaves vary in temperature. It is better to underheat than overheat. If microwaved too long, End Cuts will become tough and dry.
