How To Heat Country Fried Steak In The Oven
Heating from Frozen:
- Preheat Oven to 350 ° F.
- Prepare a baking sheet – cover it with foil and spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
- Remove desired number of pieces from packaging and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes total, or until internal temperature reaches 165 ° F (measured by using a meat thermometer) and breading is crisp.
- Recommended to turn steak to other side every 10 minutes, until heating is complete.
Helpful Hint: For a crispier crust, cook steak in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 390 degree F. Turn after 7 minutes for even browning.
