Chunk Country Pork Jowl

From the jowl of the pig, this pork cut is full of flavor.  At Burgers' Smokehouse, our chunk country pork jowl is dry-cured, with high-quality ingredients and aged for flavor.  It's then expertly smoked over real natural hickory wood chips for a delicate smoke flavor. After being selected to ensure quality, it's packaged into airtight vacuum seal packages and shipped to your door.

Still not sure if Pork Jowl is for you?  We often refer to it as Bacon's Twisted Relative, since its taste and traditional serving methods are very similar to traditional bacon. The chunk portion is ideal for those who like to slice their pork jowl to their desired thickness or dice it for extra flavor in a vegetable or soup.
