Aged naturally a "Country Year" (7 to 9 months) - this ham is for the "connoisseur" of old fashioned hams with the taste being more robust than our Southern Smokehouse hams. These hams are not smoked. Each fresh ham is is rubbed with salt, brown sugar, and black pepper. Available uncooked, cooked, whole, half, spiral sliced and ham steaks.
