1 lb. (3-4 cups) chopped cooked Burgers' Smoked Turkey
1 cup apples, chopped fine
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Put chopped turkey in a large mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer to shred. Set aside.
In a separate small mixing bowl, combine the apple, lemon juice and mayonnaise or salad dressing, and stir to coat the apples. Add the chopped celery and pecans to the apple mixture.
Add the apple mixture to the shredded Burgers' Smoked Turkey. Stir to mix well. Chill and serve.
