Turkey Potato Salad
1-cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
Ground white pepper to taste.
1 1/2 cups Burgers’ Smoked Cooked Turkey, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups potatoes, (peeled, cooked and diced)
Salt as needed.
1. In a large bowl mix mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, mustard, and ground pepper.
2. Add the Burgers’ Cooked Turkey, green onion, bell pepper and celery and stir until well mixed.
3. Carefully stir in the potatoes.
4. Add a little salt if needed.
5. Chill before serving.
