Taco Dip



INGREDIENTS:


1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup onion(diced)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can black beans(drained and rinsed)
1 can red beans(drained and rinsed)
1 can pinto beans(drained and rinsed)
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch dressing mix
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese(on side, if desired)
Sour cream (on side, if desired)


INSTRUCTIONS:


In a skillet place ground beef and onion; cook until beef is browned. Drain. In a mixing bowl mix together the remaining eight ingredients. Add browned beef and mix thoroughly. Place in a crock pot and heat. Serve hot.

Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or crackers. A small dish with sour cream, and a small dish with shredded cheddar cheese along side the crock pot adds an additional optional.
