Sugar Drop Cookies



INGREDIENTS:


2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shortening butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten


INSTRUCTIONS:


Mix above eight ingredients into dough. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Form small balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Dip fork in sugar and press balls on cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 8 minutes.
