Stuffed Mushrooms


8 to 10 medium fresh mushrooms(stems removed)
2 teaspoons margarine
1/3 cup green onions(some tops)
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup Burgers’ summer sausage(chopped)
garlic, salt, and onion powder
seasoned black pepper
small pieces of red peppers
One 8 oz. package cream cheese


In a sauce pan melt margarine. Saute green onions and chopped mushroom stems. Add cheddar cheese, summer sausage and garlic salt. Cool. Combine with cream cheese and mix well.
Sprinkle inside bottom of mushrooms with onion powder. Fill mushrooms with above mixture. Cover lightly with shredded cheddar cheese, seasoned pepper and small red peppers.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
