Seven Layer Cookies
1/4 lb. stick of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded coconut
1 package chocolate chips (6 oz.)
1 package butterscotch chips (6 oz.)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 cup nuts (chopped)
In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish melt butter and add vanilla. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs (distribute evenly over the top and sides). Sprinkle on coconut. Distribute chocolate chips evenly over the coconut. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips over the chocolate chips. Pour the Eagle Brand milk over the chips. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the milk.
Place the baking dish in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from over and let cool thoroughly before cutting into cookie squares.
