Pumpkin Bread


3 and 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup oil
4 whole eggs
1/3 cup water
Two 15 oz. cans pumpkin
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup dates (chopped)
1 cup nuts (chopped)


Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add oil, eggs, water, pumpkin, white sugar, brown sugar, chopped dates and chopped nuts. Mix thoroughly. Grease and flour four 1 pound baking pans. Fill each a little over half full. Let stand for 20 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
