Pineapple Cheese Ball
Two 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 cups chopped pecans or other nuts
MIX all ingredients together except one cup of the nuts. Form into two balls and refrigerate. When firm, roll both balls in the reserved nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
