Pineapple Cake



INGREDIENTS:


Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 package instant vanilla or pineapple pudding
3/4 cup oil
1 and 1/3 cups 7-up

Pineapple Cake Icing:
3 tablespoons flour
1 stick margarine
1 can crushed pineapple (No. 2) drained
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs


INSTRUCTIONS:


For Cake: Mix cake ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

For Icing: Cook ingredients listed above until thick. Spread over cake.
