Pecan Sandies


1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Cream together butter, sugar; stir in vanilla, add flour and mix with mixer on low speed until blended. Stir in pecans, mix well. Chill for 30 minutes.

Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes 2-1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
