12 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 pound hamburger(cooked and drained)
1 can pizza sauce(with cheese)
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1 loaf of party rye bread
Shredded mozzarella cheese (enough to sprinkle lightly over each pizza)
FRY hamburger until cooked, drain.
In the top pan of a double boiler, melt the Velveeta cheese and cheddar cheese, over medium heat.
Mix cooked and drained hamburger with pizza sauce, garlic salt, basil and oregano. Pour mixture into the melted cheese and mix well. Allow to cool.
On a cookie sheet place the slices of rye bread. Spoon on cheese-hamburger mixture on each slice of rye bread. Than sprinkle lightly each slice with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until the mixture is hot and the cheese is melted.
If you want to use at a later date, freeze. After they are frozen they can be placed in a plastic bag and bake in a hurry.
