Mexican Dip



INGREDIENTS:


2 cans refried beans
3 to 4 avocados mashed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tub jalapeno dip
8 oz. sour cream
1 package taco seasoning
3 fresh tomatoes
3 to 4 green onions
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
8 oz. shredded mexican cheese


INSTRUCTIONS:


Blend on a large tray, arrange the following in layers:

First Bottom Layer:
Spread refried beans on tray, leaving space at edge for chips

Second Layer:
Combine mashed avocados, mayonnaise, jalapeno dip and spread evenly over bean dip.

Third Layer:
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over avocado layer.

Fourth Layer:
Toss together tomatoes, green onions, black olives and green peppers. Sprinkle on top of sour cream layer.

Fifth Layer (Top):
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Finish by arranging tortilla chips around sides of tray.
