Danish Cookies



INGREDIENTS:


1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans (ground)
2-1/2 cups cake flour
powdered sugar as needed


INSTRUCTIONS:


Cream 1 cup butter and 1/2 cup of sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup ground pecans and 2-1/2 cups cake flour. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar.
