2 lbs. hamburger
1/3 cup onion(chopped)
One 15 oz. can chili beans
One package Williams chili seasoning
1/2 quart tomato juice(thick)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


In a skillet put in hamburger and onions; crumble hamburger as it browns. Remove from skillet and drain. Put in sauce pan and add chili beans, Williams chili seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add tomato juice to thickness desired. Cook over moderate heat approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot.
