Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 to 3 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
One 12 oz. bottle ranch style dressing
One 5 oz. bottle hot sauce or buffalo wing sauce
Two 8 oz. packages cream cheese
2 cups diced celery
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
In a sauce pan, heat cream cheese, ranch dressing and diced celery. Stir until smooth. Add chicken and hot sauce. Pour into a 9 x13 baking dish and spread cheese over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. While still hot, stir melted cheese completely into the dip and let cool and set. Serve with cracker, chips or celery sticks.
