1 tablespoon butter
1 cloves sliced garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
In a 5 quart pot saute onion and garlic in butter until clear.
3 cups chicken broth
One and 1/2 stalks chopped celery
1 package frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh chopped broccoli
1/2 carrot, diced
Add broth, broccoli, celery and carrot to pot and simmer 20 minutes.
4 oz. fine egg noodles (cooked and drained)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 cups milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. cubed Velvetta cheese
salt and black pepper
1/2 pound cubed Colby cheese
Add milk, cheeses, noodles and seasonings. Simmer until cheese is melted.
