Baked Crab Rangoon
One 6 oz. can white crab meat (drained and flaked)
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (as garnish)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
12 won ton wrappers
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, onions and mayonnaise. SPRAY 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently place 1 won ton wrapper into each cup, allowing edges of wrapper to extend above sides of cups. Fill each cup evenly with crab meat mixture. BAKE 18 TO 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated thoroughly. Garnish with green onions, if desired. Yields 12 servings.
For Mini Crab Rangoon
Use 24 won ton wrappers. Gently place l won ton wrapper in each of 24 miniature muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Fill evenly with crab meat mixture and bake in 350 degree oven of 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is thoroughly heated.
