Bold flavor country ham was the first product we made at Burgers' Smokehouse. And since 1927, we've continued the tradition including still crafting the E.M. Burger Private Stash - Attic Aged Hams.
This ham is the best of the best. Our attic aged hams are made from fresh hams that are dry-cured with our salt, pepper and sugar cure mix and aged for over 210 days to ensure the best flavor possible.
We then slowly cook it (bone-in) to gourmet ham perfection. After cooking, the bone is removed and it's vacuum packaged to lock in that flavor for you to enjoy. This ham can be eaten at room temperature or slightly heated as thick slices for dinner, thin-sliced for sandwiches or eaten slice by slice any time of the day.

They are convenient for you. No mess, no hot oven, no worry about over baking or underbaking.
Hams are fully trimmed. (Excess skin and fat have been removed.)
They are great in the refrigerator for cutting off a nibble, or for a quick sandwich.
Cooked Country Hams are perfect for serving on a buffet for festive occasions.
Cooked Country Hams can be chopped or sliced, and substituted for (or added in addition to) other meats in lots of your favorite recipes like soups, stews, omelets, quiches, dinner casseroles, breakfast casseroles, as a topping for pizza, salad, or baked potato.
They may have aged spots (small white specks) which is a normal process of aging hams.
When re-heating Cooked Country Ham, make sure to add a little water to your baking dish and cover it with foil so your ham will not become too dry.
