Our bacon-wrapped, smoked sausage with cheese and jalapenos is made by starting with fresh ground pork that's mixed with seasoned cure ingredients and bits of jalapenos and cheese to form the sausage link, before wrapping it in a slice of smoked bacon. It's hickory-smoked and fully cooked to perfection - ready to be sliced and eaten at any meal of the day or served as an appetizer.

How To Prepare Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Sauage 


  • Allow 24-48 hours to thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
  • Proceed to heating instructions.

How To Heat Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Sausage In The Oven


  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove from the packaging and place in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes until bacon appears done.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest 5-10 minutes prior to eating.
