These pork chops are made from high quality, fresh pork cuts that are brine-cured, before being slow-smoked over real applewood chips & fully cooked to perfection. They are then vacuum sealed to lock in the flavor & freshness and are ready to be quickly heated at your home.

Each chop is 4 oz. Per portion and are packed two chops per package.  


How To Heat Smoked Pork Chops


  • Heat one tablespoon oil or shortening in skillet.
  • Place thawed Pork Chops in heated oil.
  • Heat thoroughly for about 3 minutes each side, turning frequently. Do not overcook.

How To Heat Smoked Pork Chops In The Microwave


  • Thaw chops completely.
  • Remove from vacuum seal pouch. Place on microwave tray. Cover with a paper towel.
  • Put in Microwave and heat on high for about 2 minutes (if using a turntable in microwave). Heat additional minute if not hot enough.
  • If microwave does not have a turntable heat for about a minute and a half, turn and heat another minute and a half.
  • Remove from microwave and serve hot.

*Microwaves vary in temperature. It is better to under-heat then overheat. If overheated, they will become hard and dry.


How To Grill Smoked Pork Chops


  • Place thawed chops on grill over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Turn and heat for 2 to 3 more minutes. Do not overcook.

How To Prepare Canadian Style Bacon


How To Bake Canadian Style Bacon

  • Thaw slices completely.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Wrap slices in foil and place in baking dish.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes. Do not over heat.

How To Pan Fry Canadian Style Bacon

  • Thaw slices completely.
  • Preheat skillet, add 1 tablespoon shortening.
  • Brown slices on both sides and heat thoroughly, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

How To Broil Canadian Style Bacon

  • Thaw slices completely.
  • Place oven rack 7 inches from the coils.
  • Place Canadian Bacon Slice on a rack of broiler pan.
  • Broil for approximately 2 minutes on each side.  Do not over-heat as it will dry the meat out.
