A	Burgers' Attic Aged Ham Aged naturally a "Country Year" (7 to 9 months) - this ham is for the "connoisseur" of old fashioned hams with taste being more robust than the ham above. Available uncooked, cooked, whole, half, spiral sliced and steaks.
A	Boneless Italian Prosciutto Ham A traditional ham that has been perfected through unhurried natural ageing process. Traditional Italian ham is of exceptional taste and is eaten uncooked.
A	Boneless German Country Ham Choose from our three types of European style hams. They are cured with the best natural spices then heavy smoked the slow old-fashioned way for a strong robust flavor. Eaten uncooked. Available whole only. a) Black Forest (slab shaped) b) Westphalian (rounded cased ham) c) German Country (small - single muscle ham)
H	Cooked City Cured Ham A City Cured Ham is one that is closely trimmed and cured with a "sweet brine." Then cooked and gently smoked at the same time to bring out that sweet, moist flavor. Hams are available bone-in, semi-boneless, boneless, whole, half, spiral sliced and steaks.

What is a Country Cured Ham?

A Country Cured Ham is the "Old-Fashioned" way of rubbing down a fresh ham with "Dry Cure" - a mixture of spices, sugar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Then hung up to absorb the cure and age. The different types and tastes of Country Hams come from the different lengths of aging and smoking.

How much Ham do I need?

We suggest the following guidelines when figuring how much ham you'll need.....
8 oz. per person. So an 8 pound ham should be enough for approximately 16 folks. Of course you'll need to adjust this figure if you have extra hearty eaters or if you wish to have leftovers. Since any of our hams keep well ordering a little extra is always a good idea.

What is Special Sliced?

Sliced on a harp style saw, entire product is cut completely through in one pass. Product is vacuum sealed and maintains its whole appearance and original shape with the added advantage of being pre-sliced.
