From our 4-6 month Southern Smokehouse Country Cured Ham, modest (approx. 3-3.5 oz.) cuts of center slices are made. They are then fried in their own drippings. During frying the slice will lose approx. 30% of its weight. After cooling, the single cuts are individually vacuum packed. To heat, just pop into the microwave and in just seconds your ham is ready to serve. We do the frying for you.
