We make ordering easy for you. There are no charts to study or extra costs to add on most shipments. Our prices include normal delivery within the U.S. 48.

2. Phone for extra charges to AK, HI, VI, PR, APO, and FPO. Sorry no out-of-country shipments except for APO and FPO.
3. State tax is applicable for orders shipped to addresses within the state of Missouri.
