This gourmet food gift comes in a holiday tin containing: boneless turkey breast, smoked chicken, pork chops, pork loin steaks, boneless cooked ham, Canadian bacon, and sliced city bacon. This holiday tin is filled with meats that can be enjoyed thru the Holiday Season and after. All are City (moist cured) meats, which may be frozen and used as needed. Approximately 12.5 pounds of great eating.
