Special Sliced Turkey Breast

BAKING BAG METHOD:
1. Remove turkey breast from paper bag.
2. Thaw turkey breast in vacuum bag until completely thawed.
3. Preheat oven to 190-200 degrees.
4. Remove turkey breast from vacuum bag.
5. Place turkey breast in baking bag, add a cup of water, close with tie and place in baking dish.
6. Make 2 or 3 slits in top of bag.
7. Place in preheated oven and heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
8. Remove from oven, glaze if desired. (See instructions below.)

*Times may vary by product and ovens. Do not exceed 200 degrees F as may cause melting of bag.

CONVENTIONAL HEATING:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Remove turkey breast from vacuum bag.
3. Wrap turkey breast in aluminum foil and place in shallow pan or cooking dish.
4. Place turkey breast in oven and heat for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Remove from oven, glaze if desired. ( See instructions below.)
6. Your turkey breast is ready to serve hot.

GLAZED TURKEY BREAST:

1. Remove from oven, lower foil from top of turkey breast, keeping as much of the turkey breast covered as possible to prevent excess drying during glazing.
2. Place packet of glaze in hot water heat for approximately 30 seconds.
3. Spread glaze evenly over top of turkey breast. Place under preheated broiler for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Repeat Step 3 until you have the desired color.

SERVE COLD:

1. Place in refrigerator and thaw completely. Serve as main course, buffets, or sandwiches.
