 | This page contains our Hickory Smoked Country Ham selections. These hams are dry cured using our special recipe of dry ingredients. These cured hams are then aged 4-6 months to allow the cure to penetrate. After aging the hams, we move them into our smokehouses where they are gently hickory smoked. Compared to our Attic Aged Hams, these hams are milder in flavor. Commonly referred to as our "Southern Smokehouse Ham". |  |
