Tiger Gruyere is a Swiss made Gruyere packed in six-one ounce wedges. This cheese contains no additives, zero carbs and has a firm texture. Tiger Gruyere combines the taste of carefully ripened Swiss Gruyere with the velvety consistency and nutty flavor of Swiss Emmenthaler. It can be served sliced with crackers or alone for a snack.
